Hi, to whom it may concern, Today, August 1, I visited IKEA Barkarby (the IKEA store that I mostly visit, and there are a few things I want to make yo aware of. 1) most important, IKEA s sole is gone since senior Kamprad left this world the personnel are not as dedicated as they were, they are not as happy as they were and the knowledge is gone. 2) prices have increased immensely, of course I understand that it has to do with the global situation, however I think toffee negotiations would help cause in Sweden IKEA was the place you went to when other furniture companies were to expensive for the average man. 3) last but not least I went to buy the so appreciated hot dog and what have you done, you have modernized it to the worse. I stood I cue for almost 20 minutes to get a hot dog which never was the fact before when your personnel took the order and served. Now you have computer service which is so annoying everyone I talked to around me we were all real pi......... ed off no one appreciated this and even you’re staff are against it, however they are loyal and just told me to write if I have any complaint. IKEA management , take a grip of these problems, we love IKEA but if things go on in this way you might loose customers, there are competitors around. Hoping to see changes and maybe some comment to the above
