Jag köpte stolen Milano, 3 st, i maj 2020. En av stolarna vek sig i ena bakbenet när en normalviktig person satt i den i juni 2021. Jag tog med mig den defekta stolen till Rusta, Storheden Luleå. De kunde inte hjälpa mig utan hänvisade till er. Jag fick baxa in stolen plus en nyköpt stol i bilen och köra de 4 milen hem. För den nya stolen betalade jag 299 kr. Sammanlagt körde jag 8 mil! och fick ej den hjälp jag behövde.
